The Event Company Whitsundays is owned and operated by Claire and Eddie Caruana. The couple began their adventures in 1992 near London England where they began styling events for 5 star venues in London and Europe.
In 2006 Claire and Eddie decided to move to the Whitsundays to fulfil their dream of becoming stylists in one of the top 10 world-wide wedding destinations. Since then, The Event Company Whitsundays has spent the last 6 years styling weddings and corporate events throughout the islands and mainland of Queensland Australia.
During the past 20 years Claire, Eddie and their team have completed 100’s of events ranging from simple wedding ceremony décor to extravagantly designed celebrity events.
Claire has a warming personality which puts her clients instantly at ease. Claire is a creative director with a commitment to perfection and an eye for detail which is second to none. She has 20 years in the event design industry, a background in interior design and excellent product knowledge, giving her the expertise to design any size event with perfect execution and professionalism.
Eddie also has 20 years of industry experience and supports every area of the business from directing staff to providing styling for larger events. Eddie draws from his expertise and resources to ensure that all aspects of an event run smoothly. He has a strong relationship with all regular clients as they know that he has the highest standards for exceeding their expectations.
Zoe Hale has been working in the wedding/events industry since the year 2000, she became a qualified florist, specialising in weddings and has successfully operated her own florist shop and wedding supplies ecommerce site. Zoe is passionate about the wedding industry and has been with The Event Company Whitsundays since moving to Australia in 2009.
